Appointments & Payment

Prices for grooming appointments vary greatly, based on breed, temperament and coat type/condition. If you would like a no obligation quote please feel free to call us and we will give you the best price we can based on your pets needs.

• Please note that all quotes made over the phone are subject to us seeing your pet on the day in the same condition described.
• Payment is due on or before the day of your appointment.
• When booking a course of hydrotherapy treatments sessions must be paid for in advance & used within 6 months.
• Please arrive on time for appointments. Clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will have their appointment either shortened or cancelled, at the discretion of our staff, with full payment due.

• Owners are liable for full payment when not attending an appointment or providing 24hrs notice of cancellation.

• Owners missing two or more appointments will be given further appointments only where full payment is provided in advance.
